The nutrition side of the deal is not as good as it was the first 4 weeks, but I might be getting used to the portions and the meals thus far. I did realize that there was a few things that I need to change for a better results in the end.
1. Get a recovery drink instead of using the protein shakes as the drink...Ordered!
2. Start to doing the pull ups on the pull up bar...using the bands for the pull ups don't seem to get the full effect I want.
3. Stay focused.
I liked the overall results that I got from the first 30 days of the p90x workout and look forward to hopefully seeing some more changes in the next 30 days.-
