I was finally able to workout! My ankle is MUCH better! Still a little sore but going easy on it. I did a light HIIT workout this morning and just got done with #p90x #kenpox and tried to be aware of my ankle and to be careful on it. Probably won't be able to run for a whole longer which breaks my achy breaky heart! But thankful to be on the road to recovery! This is my favorite recovery drink I'm sipping on after sweating my booty off (literally)! It's chocolate whey protein, almond milk, a Tb peanut butter and some ice, all blended up into a little cup of heaven!
