My second favorite #workout of #p90x is #backandbiceps, and that is what I did this morning. I'm getting stronger. I can pretty much curl 30lbs the whole workout. I'm going to go to to 35s on Friday so I can get a better workout in. #insanity #fitness #curls www.beachbodycoach.com/mikemousetis
