Last night I had an epiphany. One of the reasons I wanted to become a #beachbody coach was so I can #focus on my fitness goals. However, now that I'm full time I spend most of my time helping others and I have let myself fall to the wayside. So, I decided to add 2-3 days of #P90X into my #marathontraining along with my 2-3 days of #bikramyoga There is no #excuses for not giving it my all and I refuse to put my own #goals on the back burner! On a side note, #muscle memory is a #god sent!!!
